Lenka comes from the Czech Republic and arrived in Lanzarote 12 years ago.
She began connecting with people from the maritime world and entered the world of boats and navigation. That’s how she decided to train and study to become a Deep-Sea Skipper at the Instituto Politécnico Marítimo Pesquero de Arrecife, commonly known as the Fishing School. Since then, she hasn’t stopped sailing.
With a solid background in maritime transport and deep-sea fishing, Lenka Klikarova has built an outstanding career in the nautical world, combining navigation skills, vessel operation, and crew management.
She has experience in transatlantic crossings, luxury charters in the Mediterranean, and the management of large yachts. She has worked onboard as a deckhand and cook on various vessels in Spain and the United Kingdom. Her training includes certifications in port skipper, maritime safety, fire fighting, rescue boats, and naval health. All of this ensures a high level of preparation for the operation of commercial and scientific vessels.
Lenka speaks Spanish, English, and Czech. One of her key traits is her adaptability and leadership, which, combined with her deep passion for the sea, promise a unique sailing experience for all guests.

The Sailor assists the Captain in all navigation maneuvers and ship maintenance. Her responsibilities range from handling the sails and daily maintenance of the vessel to assisting in recreational and research activities, ensuring that all equipment is in perfect working condition.
